Returns and refunds

We hope you’re happy with your Oleni order. If something isn’t right, please contact us at admin@bondwell.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.

Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind, you can tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items should be returned in a condition that allows us to resell them. You may inspect or try an item in the same way you reasonably could in a shop, but we may reduce a refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check it.

Please contact admin@bondwell.co.uk before returning anything so we can provide return instructions.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described. Where required by law, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair or refund, and we will cover reasonable return costs where applicable.

Personalised products

Products that are made specifically to your individual specification or clearly personalised, such as an item printed with your own name or custom wording, may not qualify for the normal change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Standard Oleni designs are not treated as personalised merely because they are printed to order.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, or evidence that it has been sent back where applicable, we will process any refund due within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Where required, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery. Any extra amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery service may not be refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
