Shipping Policy

UK delivery

Oleni currently ships within the United Kingdom.

Standard UK delivery is free.

An Express delivery option may also be available at checkout for an additional charge.

Made to order

Most Oleni products are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed rather than being taken from ready-held stock.

Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production and fulfilment before your order is dispatched.

Estimated delivery times

After dispatch, estimated UK delivery times are:

Standard delivery: approximately 2–5 business days
Express delivery: approximately 1–3 business days

These delivery estimates are in addition to the production time above.

At checkout, Shopify may show an estimated delivery window based on our current fulfilment and shipping settings.

Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, stock availability, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be sent again.

Missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at admin@bondwell.co.uk and we will investigate it for you.

International delivery

International ordering is not currently available through the Oleni store.

We may introduce additional delivery regions in the future.
