Shopify provides the ecommerce technology used to operate this store, but your contract for any purchase is with BondWell Support Ltd.
2. Using our store
You may use this website for lawful personal use and to purchase Oleni products.
When placing an order, you must provide accurate information needed to process payment and deliver your order.
3. Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device and the manufacturing or printing process.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. Products must still be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.
We may decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, for example where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing error, or we cannot fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
Your statutory cancellation and return rights are not affected by this section.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
The total price payable, including any delivery charge that applies, will be shown before you complete checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
6. Delivery
Delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Oleni products are generally made to order, so the stated delivery estimate may include both production and delivery time.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver within the estimated period shown. If there is a significant delay, we will let you know where possible.
Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your physical possession, or the possession of someone you have asked us to deliver them to.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
For most goods bought online, UK consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving their order, subject to applicable exceptions such as genuinely personalised products.
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by law.
8. Intellectual property
The Oleni name, logos, graphics, product designs, website content and other original material on this store belong to BondWell Support Ltd or are used with permission from their respective owners.
You may view the website and use it for normal personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, sell or commercially exploit Oleni content or designs without our permission.
Shopify and other third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Third-party services and links
Our store may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify and payment or delivery providers.
Those businesses may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for websites or services operated independently by third parties, although this does not affect our responsibility to you for your Oleni order.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Shopify and other service providers may process information on our behalf where necessary to operate the store, process payments and fulfil orders.
11. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a purchase made purely for personal use.
12. Website availability
We may update, change or temporarily suspend parts of the website where reasonably necessary, for example for maintenance, security or improvements.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
Any changes will apply to future use of the store and future orders. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights that already apply to an order you have placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any rights you have to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.
